Heat coconut oil in the microwave for 10-second intervals, up to 30 seconds or until it is completely melted.
Pour sugar into a glass bowl. Mix with 10-15 drops of lemon essential oil (or lemon juice) and lemon zest. Blend in a food processor.
Combine coconut oil and sugar. Mix well.
Spoon the sugar scrub into glass jars and seal tightly with a lid.
