Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 g / 8.5 oz Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup / 80 g / 2.8 oz magnesium flakes
  • 1/3 cup / 2 g / 0.07 oz Calendula flowers
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp jojoba oil
  • 1 tsp gold mica
  • 3 drops of cinnamon essential oil
  • 2 drops of ginger essential oil
  • 2 drops of nutmeg essential oil
  • 1 drop of cardamom essential oil

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of pink Himalayan salt, 1 Tbsp of pumpkin spice blend, 1/2 cup of magnesium flakes, 1 Tbsp jojoba oil, and essential oils.
  • Combine the Himalayan salt, jojoba oil, pumpkin spice blend, and essential oils in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Stir the magnesium flakes and gold mica powder in a separate bowl.
  • Then Combine the salt, magnesium flakes, and dried calendula flowers (if using).
  • Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or jar. Make sure to choose a moisture-resistant container that can be sealed tightly to preserve the fragrance and properties of the bath salts.

Notes

Allow the bath salts to sit for at least 24 hours before using them to allow the scents to meld together.
Add a generous amount of the pumpkin spice bath salts to warm running water. Swirl the water to dissolve the salts and release the aroma. Step into the bath and relax for at least 20 minutes, allowing the salts and essential oils to work their magic.
