The Ingredients

✓ Ginger – is a great natural ingredient when it comes to cellulite treatments. Thanks to its de-puffing properties, ginger helps minimize the appearance of dimpling.

✓ Lavender – deeply soothing and plumping the skin.

✓Grapeseed oil – rich in collagen.

✓ Vitamin C – one of the best vitamins in the battle against cellulite.

✓ Cypress extract – aids in toxin removal and acts as a natural detoxifier of the body.

✓ Coconut oil helps tighten, firm, and moisturize the skin in areas where cellulite is a problem.

✓ Vitamin E – a fat-soluble vitamin that acts as a potent antioxidant that helps get rid of cellulite fast.

✓ Sugar – one of the best natural beauty ingredients to exfoliate your skin. Sugar scrubs are mild and help remove dead skin. They also help rejuvenate the skin by cleaning all the dirt from the skin’s pores.

Notes

Ingredients Ratio

For this ginger sugar scrub recipe, you can vary the sugar-to-coconut-oil/grapeseed oil ratio depending on your preference. I started with about 200g of sugar and added 30 g of coconut oil and 40 g of grapeseed oil, but you can increase the sugar for a thicker consistency or add more oil as necessary.

This DIY body scrub will leave your dry skin feeling silky smooth and fresh. Ginger increases circulation, makes skin elastic, and helps prevent and reduce cellulite. It also has great anti-inflammatory properties.

Tip: Increase the sugar and grated ginger/ginger oil ratio to coconut oil for more exfoliation.

Coconut oil provides incredible hydration for the skin. I recommend using refined coconut oil because it doesn’t smell like coconut, but that’s up to you.
